Charles’s expertise includes business strategy formulation, operating model design and implementation, business development, marketing, customer narratives and communication, corporate development, and M&A post merger integration. He is passionate about people growth & development and building effective consulting teams to deliver on client objectives

Charles previously held senior management positions at several high growth consulting organisations and worked within front office, cross asset change at Deutsche Bank

Stuart has over 30 years' of experience in Investment Banking and Financial Services, spanning a multitude of domains including OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities, FX, and Securities Front Office, Operations, and Technology 

With over 20 years of dedicated service at prestigious institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, Stuart has honed a deep understanding of the intricate workings of Investment Banks and adeptly navigated the challenges of change and transformation within the industry. During this tenure, Stuart dedicated a significant portion of his time to collaborative industry efforts aimed at designing, driving, and building central market infrastructure. Stuart spearheaded innovation, strategy, and transformation initiatives, revolutionizing operational infrastructure across the Financial Services landscape

Stuart more recently co-founded base60 Consulting and played a pivotal role in the management team of the JDX Group, overseeing Delivery for both the Consulting Business and Operational Services Business. Following the acquisition of JDX by Delta Capita, Stuart assumed leadership of their Market Infrastructure and Payments Consulting Business

Stuart continues to make waves as a key industry thought leader in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, championing initiatives ranging from asset tokenization to execution, transaction management, collateralization, and settlements digitisation

Mark has over 30 years’ of experience in the financial industry helping clients to meet the challenges of lowering costs, improving efficiency, optimising financial resources, and creating sustainable returns

He has a particular interest in leading industry working groups of peer competitors to gain consensus and to create momentum towards creating standards of best practice and adoption of innovative solutions

Mark has worked in derivatives, prime brokerage and clearing at JPMorgan, Dresdner Bank, Barclays, HSBC and Nomura. In these roles, he often worked on the development of new businesses such as FX Prime Brokerage, Cross-Product Margining, and OTC Derivative Intermediation

Post-financial crisis he worked closely with regulators and market infrastructure providers to develop a derivatives client clearing business at Nomura

Before establishing himself as an independent consultant, Mark spent two and a half years as European Head of Regulatory and Market Structure Strategy at Bloomberg, leading their MiFID II commercial and technological programme
